Step 7. Sartorius Muscle and the Adductor Canal

Identify the muscles which form the walls of the adductor canal. The lateral wall of the canal is formed by vastus medialis muscle. The posteromedial wall is formed by the adductor longus muscle and adductor magnus muscle. Finally, the anterior wall, or roof, is formed by the sartorius muscle.
